Fall has Arrived in Connecticut!

The leaves are changing colors and starting to fall. Soon, we will be raking our yards and grooming them for the upcoming winter season. Mum plants are placed by the stairs and the plants that are kept outdoors are now covered, nightly. Last night, we had our first frost.

I have seen lovely scenes of fall as I travel around to the different towns in our state to show homes to my clients. Some of these photos can be seen by going to my blog on http://www.ActiveRain.com/frokicki

Here are some lovely fall photos:

Summer is Buzzing By!

I remember waiting for the flowers to bloom through the snow, this last spring. It seems that, overnight, the roses, impatience and various flowers have grown into small bushes! The warm and humid weather is making the growth of plants, huge this year. Summer is here and I hope that you are enjoying all the benefits it offers. Swimming, walking, enjoying your family with outdoor picnics and parties, gardening, boating, fishing and maybe, even riding in a convertible car! All fun and relaxing times to enjoy. Yes, summer is buzzing by. Be sure to enjoy every minute of it.

If you know of anyone who is considering a move this summer, please offer them my name and contact information. I am happy to serve their needs, no matter what the season! Rates are lower now, than they were in the spring!

May Flowers are Blooming!

We are having wonderful weather this May. Sun is shining, a shower here and there, and the flowers are coming out! The trees are filling in with their leaves, which will provide our summer shade. Our local weatherman, Scot Haney, claimed today as the best day of this year! It's sunny, not humid and the sky is clear blue. Go out and celebrate this lovely day!

If you are considering a move to a new home, be sure to give Fran a call. We love serving your real estate needs. Rates are low, buyers are motivated and spring market is blooming!

Rates are Still a Bargain!

The rates are remaining low. They may go up or down by a quarter point or so, but, for the most part, they are low. When we purchased our first home, the rate was 8.5%. We thought is was great! Who ever thought we would see 5% or 6%!

If you are considering a move this spring, don't wait! Call Fran and have her inform you of the good conditions that we are currently experiencing in today's market!
